What Each Engagement Looks Like

Every proposal is custom — but here is how each service type is typically structured and what drives cost.

Fractional Controllership

Monthly retainer based on hours needed, entity complexity, and reporting cadence. Typical engagements range from 10 to 40 hours per month.

ERP Implementation

Fixed-fee project pricing scoped after discovery. Cost is driven by platform (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks), number of entities, integrations, and data migration volume.

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Monthly retainer based on transaction volume, number of accounts, and close complexity. Includes reconciliations, AP/AR management, and monthly close package.

Financial Reporting

Project or retainer. Dashboard builds and one-time reporting setups are fixed-fee. Ongoing delivery of monthly management packages is priced as a retainer.

AI Automation

Fixed-fee per automation project, scoped after a workflow assessment. Most clients start with a discovery engagement to identify and prioritize the highest-value automation opportunities.

Advisory Services

Hourly or retainer depending on engagement type. Strategic advisory, M&A readiness, and board prep are available on a project or ongoing basis.
